1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Golf Field Book website (golffieldbook.com), the web application (app.golffieldbook.com), subscribing to Golf Field Book Pro, or participating in the Golf Field Book: Clubhouse Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Peer-to-Peer Games & Virtual Pot Calculator Disclaimer

Important: Golf Field Book is strictly an informational scorekeeping and mathematical calculation utility.

No Escrow or Banking: Golf Field Book is not a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, escrow agent, or wagering platform. The application never collects, holds, transfers, or pays out member funds.
No Gambling Operations: The service does not host, facilitate, or promote real-money gaming or illegal gambling. Features such as "Net Skins", "Nassau Matches", and "Virtual Pots" exist solely as scorekeeping and ledger calculation tools.
Player Responsibility: Any casual side bets, Nassau matches, skins games, or settlements between golfers (via third-party payment services like Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash) are strictly private, voluntary agreements between individual adults. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that any informal play adheres to their local, state, and federal laws. Golf Field Book assumes zero liability for side-game disputes, payout defaults, or disagreement between players.

3Golf Field Book Pro Memberships & Billing

Golf Field Book offers optional paid memberships (Golf Field Book Pro) available as a Monthly Subscription ($4.99/mo), Annual Subscription ($49/yr), or Founder Lifetime Pass ($79 one-time).

Billing Processor: All payments, renewals, and invoices are processed securely through Stripe. Golf Field Book does not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds: Because membership grants immediate digital perks (ad removal, Discord access, and Substack comped access), payments are non-refundable. Exceptional billing inquiries may be submitted to justin@golffieldbook.com.

4Golf Field Book: Clubhouse Community Standards

Members participating in the Golf Field Book: Clubhouse Discord and Substack discussion forums agree to maintain high standards of sportsmanship:

Banter vs. Toxicity: Friendly ribbing about golf is welcome. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, doxxing, or defamation will result in immediate termination of community access without refund.
Privacy: Do not leak or share private discussions, member details, or proprietary dispatches outside the community without consent.
No Unsolicited Commercial Spam: Commercial promotions or affiliate spam are prohibited without moderator approval.

5Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, branding marks, logos, and original written dispatches published in Golf Field Book: Field Notes are the intellectual property of Golf Field Book. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or reproduce our content without express written consent.
